Town Hall Level 5 Building Upgrade Tips

Most people only have two builders when they enter level 5. Your first goal is to unlock the 3^rd builder. It will be very beneficial later on when you want to quickly level up your base. To do this you will need gems. The easiest way to do is to reach 1250 trophies and unlock the 450 gem achievement. You can simply farm trophies by attacking other players’ base which has their Town Hall built in the corner.

Priority 1: Unlock 450 gem achievements

            Reason: To get the 3^rd builder

Priority 2: Upgrade the Laboratory in this order: Barbarian Level 3 > Archer Level 3 > Spell

            Reason: getting a stronger army can speed up your trophies farming

Priority 3: Build new Army Camp and upgrade all Army Camp

            Reason: Once you max out the army camp level, you can crush Town Hall 4 players with a little finger.

Priority 4: Build new Towers

            Reason: Get all defense towers ready so that you can start rearranging the base layout.

Priority 5: Upgrade Barracks one at a time

            Reason: You want to keep one barrack free so that you can produce army.

Priority 6: Upgrade everything else (apart from resources collectors) before entering Town Hall Level 6

            Reason: You want to max out your defense power before getting into the brutal level 6 world. You can upgrade Elixir Collectors and Gold Mines while the Town Hall Level 6 is being upgraded.
