Level 71
The first thing you are going to do is to get the stethoscope. You will pick it up from the floor. After that you need to select it from the inventory. Furthermore, you need to tap the arrow this way: Left 3 times, Right 5 times, Left 1 time, Right 8 times, Left 2 times. If you hear a sound when you tap those arrows, it means that you tap the right way.
Level 72
You will find several items in this room. The first thing you are going to find is the mirror that you need to drag to the left. It will make it located above the pot. Next, you need to get the axe. Now you need to find the white rock and the torch so that you can bring the white rocks into the pot. After that you can use the axe again and again on the crates so that you can make it break. After that you need to bring the wood to under the pot by dragging it. Once you have done, you can use the torch on the wood and you will see the steam will help you make those numbers on the mirror appear. There will be 4185 on the mirror that you are going to see. These numbers need to be entered at the top left.
Level 73
It will be quite easy step you need to do in this level so that you can move to the next room. You will see a pipe that you need to drag to left, right, and up so that you can take it out of the hole. Once you can take out the pipe of the hole, you will find a key attached at the end of the pipe. Take it to open the door.
Level 74

It might not that difficult to complete this level. What you are going to do to complete the puzzle is to do several things to the ball. The point is that you bring the ball into the hole. To do so, you need to follow this order below:
